Could you please double-check. The list is computer-generated from the actual tables. I suspect therefore that these are simply different names for the same actions. I think the 'carry' ones were the names from FS98 or FS2000 days, the other names are later. Note that there's also "ADF FRACT DEC CARRY" and "ADF FRACT INC CARRY" (66461 and 66462) which might be the corrected positions for the older names. Probably best to stick to the newer names.
