Patten
Hi Pete, Just installed AS6.5 and RadarContact4 networking via WideFs on my old laptop. It's working perfectly ! Just one question: is there a possibility to have the RC ATC and the cockpit sounds together on my one headset,as before, when FS9 and RC4 were on the same PC? Thanks , Patten
Pete Dowson
Just one question: is there a possibility to have the RC ATC and the cockpit sounds together on my one headset,as before, when FS9 and RC4 were on the same PC? No, the sound is only on the computer you installed it on. Surely, that's the big main advantage of installing an ATC program on a client PC -- so you can properly have ATC on your headset and the general cockpit sounds around you on the normal speakers. I can't think of any really good reason for doing it, otherwise! Regards Pete
ckovoor
Hi, You can direct the RC output from the network PC using the line-out, and into the FS PC using the line-in: I have done this using a male-to-male audio cable, and know it works. See the thread at: http://forum.avsim.n...worked-machine/ where this is discussed. Regards, Chakko.
