Hello Pete. I apologize for my bad English. I am from Russia. Pete. Today on Simmarket purchased your program - FSUIPC 4 Set all like you and write the manual. But the key is not registered. I was paying for the program through a credit card. Got a distribution package to the post office *personal info removed*. When installing fill the fields:
Your name (min 6 chars):  *personal info removed*

Email or Address/ZIP (min 6 chars):   *personal info removed*

Enter or paste the Key here: *personal info removed*

Message is displayed - Sorry, this Kei is not a valid 12-charaster Key.

You should remove your key details before someone copies them

Graham is right. 

In your own interest, you really want to remove those details from an open post.

His details were deleted last night by another moderator and he has just posted them again.

 

Pete will probably invalidate them when he gets home anyway, now.

If the key is purchased from SimMarket, then it is bound to be valid, so you are making a mistake. All three parts -- name, address and key, MUST be exactly as supplied. Use cut and paste.
