burm
[MOVED FROM FAQ subforum to Support Forum, so it can be answered] I just got my computer back from the shop and my Saitek yoke works like it did before except for the hatswitch. I have fs controls disabled in FSX and use only FSUIPC 4.929. I read the page 33 in the manual as I had forgotten how I had the hatswitch setup before. I tried to set pan view in axis assignment and it still does not work. Do I set it using the left or right side of the axis assignment page? Do I need to delete something in the fsuipc.ini file? thanks Paul
Pete Dowson
I have fs controls disabled in FSX and use only FSUIPC 4.929. 4.926 is way out of date and not supported. Please update if you want support -- current is 4.937. And please use the Support Forum for support questions. I tried to set pan view in axis assignment and it still does not work. Pan View is correct for panning views using a hat. There is no other. It is exactly the same as in FS assignments. Do I set it using the left or right side of the axis assignment page? The right hand side is not for basic assignments, but for complex setting of different actions on different ranges in different directions with a continuous analogue axis! Please do read some of the documentation! Never use anything you don't understand! Pete
