MichaelMoe
hmm long shot but it seems that if i change every "weather" thing to 0 in the FSUIPC configuration(latest build 4.939"e") i am good for now at least. Also with ASN , Just tried to switch plane and location that would normally CTD in a few seconds and we are now over 2 minutes. 1, First default plane , ESSA , then EKCH, 2. Selecting PMDG NGX736, 3. changing location to EGLL no issues so far Michael Moe Edited March 7, 2015 by MichaelMoe
Pete Dowson
Your problem is all due to a corrupt WX file being loaded, or a corrupt wxstationlist.bin file. All you are doing by setting FSUIPC's weather read interval to zero is telling FSUIPC not to even ask SimConnect to read these things. The files are binary and unchecked, so when read they can play havoc inside SimConnect and WEATHER.DLL. Just delete your .WX files in your Documents folder (where your flights are) -- they are not needed in any case when using a weather program -- and also delete the wxstationlist.bin file.(in the same folder as your main P3D CFG file) -- P3D will make another copy automatically. MichaelMoe
Thanks Pete. I tried deleting any wx file without luck on saturday but i have not tried the.bin file.will try that. Thanks it really can be a needle in a haystack.
