I've added an interim 'fix' for this L-M bug in version 4.949g of FSUIPC. You simply need to set FixATCselect=Yes in the [General] section of FSUIPC4.INI, and FSUIPC will convert "ATC Select 0-9 controls into 0-9 keypresses.
