Hi Pete,

Today I started the p3dv3 simulator. It was one or two weeks since I used it, I realized that the latter, as well as Lockheed Martin Prepar3D v2 and FSX do not start.

Remain with the startup screen to load in infinite mode.
After several tests, excluding the forms of exe.xml, dll.xml reset prepar3d.cfg, reinstalled FSUIPC into a clean folder modules,

the problem seem only if FSUIPC is invoked via dll.xml

Win10 with a last update yesterday.

Maybe this?

many thanks

Simone

It's stopping at the exact place where it will be scanning for Joystick devices. Since it applies to 3 different installs/versions of FS, I think you have a rogue joystick driver which is causing DirectInput to hang -- maybe one not compatible with Win10?
