FSUIPC Registration Issue

When entering my Key the field will not allow me to enter a capital O as in last 4 digits O8D9

If I use a zero 0 it will not accept

I have changed my main EMAIL address but entering the old one as originally purchased (both addresses still exist)

I tried cutting and pasting and pasting capital O in other fields and then pasting and it appears as a zero

Sorry to bother u with such trivia.

Hi,

I removed the Key information from your post. Only send key information when asked to do so BUT then please only by email.

just copy and paste the information direct from the source into the fields rather than trying to type, works always best.

Thanks for taking time to reply. I tried pasting but for some reason it insists on pasting a Zero rather than an O,,,

It sounds like you are misinterpreting the font. There is no way pasting changes anything in the text, and FSUIPC's registration edit box most certainly doesn't get changed by anything, only you.

If, when pasting all three fields in correctly (do NOT try to edit them afterwards), you get a response that the registration is not valid, tell me your SimMarket Order number and I will check it here.
