No key?

Hey guys,

 

I bought FSUIPC5 a few minutes ago at Simmarket, But for some weird reason, I don't have a KEY. Have a look at the picture below

Hi,

somewhere in the information you will find that the key will be send in a separate email or you will find the registration information in your SimMarket account. One of the both for sure.

I only have 2 mails from simmarket about my order and a key is nowhere to be found

I don't know where you find the key for FSUIPC, but for all other products I've bought from SimMarket I always find the key in the Account -- not in an email. Even if it is sent in an email, which seems unlikely in my experience, it would always be in your account for your access at any time.

If it is not showing in the usual place please create a problem ticket for SimMarket.

Hi Pete, Well there is no key showing up at Simmarket so i will contact Simmarket about it!
