TOWER!3D Pro: Purchased KLAS but real traffic not working here

Hello developers,

Today I purchased KLAS but this airport doesn't have any real traffic, although I have the real traffic add-on installed before. 

 

When I try redownloading real traffic I get the message "password is blocked". How can I get real traffic on KLAS?

Oh by the way, BMT Micro still has this line in their order confirmation e-mails: "Contact the developer at sales@feelthere.com for technical support"

Did you click on 1 of the 3 downloadable links, hence there is no need to enter a password just the the product registration key.

Yes I clicked on it, and then the website refused to download my package again. Instead I was redirected to a webpage saying "the password is blocked". Weird.

My guess is that your download link has been compromised and ha been accessed from multiple IP addresses.

You will have to email BMT Micro to have them reset your link:

email BMT at orders@bmtmicro.com for inquiries related to an order you have placed.
