jmfabio Posted July 2, 2018 Report Posted July 2, 2018 I purchased FSUIPC5. When I go to register I enter the code from my order history letter by letter and by Copy/paste. In both instances I receive "not a valid 12 character key". How do I solve this? If this is not the correct place for this support question, where do I go to remedy it? Frustrating. Joe

What about the other two parts which must also be exactly the same -- name and email? You do not mention them! If it is truly an FSUIPC5 registration you purchased, then if you enter all three parts correctly it will work. Pete

n421nj Posted July 3, 2018 Report Posted July 3, 2018 I'm having the same problem except all my info is copied directly from my sim market invoice. No mistake on name or email address or Key. FSUIPC4 works fine but when i install FSUIPC5 it says my key is invalid.
Thomas Richter Posted July 3, 2018 Report Posted July 3, 2018 Hi, FSUIPC4 registration does not work for FSUIPC5. You will have to buy a new registration key from SimMarket for FSUIPC5. Thomas
