Turn Around at gate without sim reset problem, flaps don't fully retract and the airbrakes not deploying fully

Hello, if you try to do another flight the engines keeps cicling between TO1 and GA. 

EDIT. Also, I've notice that sometimes de flaps doesn't fully retract on E195

please provide more details/specifics.  what you have posted cannot be researched as, start, the model isn't knows - 170?175?190?195?  how can the issue be reproduced? etc.

I'm using the E195. To reproduce it, just do a complete flight and then try to make another one. Delete the FPL, program the FMC like the first flight etc. If you do not close the sim, or reload the aircraft, the engines keeps cicling like crazy between TO and GA.

Also on E195 in flight the speedbrakes opens differently on each wing.

I found if you double click the TOGA button on the throttle below the AT DISC, it will reset it to Roll/TO and to the proper thrust settings.

Please save and attach an FLT file just after you completed the flight so we can start testing it from the same point you did.

Flaps not retracting prorperly. E195. Take off with flaps 4.

Is  this happening all the times? What about the outside view?

I've notice only when I take off with flaps 4. I'll collect other screens to show the speedbrakes issue later.. here is another screen from outside.

The same on the other side.. 

EDIT. Here it is.. Speedbrakes opens too much in the air, and also diferently on each side of the plane.. Found something wrong with the slats of the right wing too.

All in the E195.

Flaps and spoilers problems persists after SP1.
