Hello kind sir

i had fsuipc 4 running fine ,paid version, on FSX ,WINDOWS 7. Now on Windows 10 with FSX SE I can not for the life of me get fsuipc to work. All I get is a essage stating that the installed version is more upto date and won't be over written! Also on the "add ons " tab there is something called SPAD. neXT????

Please help from an avid fan of flight sim! My first was on a zx81 with a 16k boost box. Oh happy days.πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

with lots of love from a tired and pi..ed off ambulance man.

stay safe please ,stay at home and help the NHS and me πŸš‘πŸš‘πŸš‘πŸš‘πŸš‘πŸš‘πŸš‘πŸ’œπŸ’œπŸ’œπŸ’œ

Hi,

it looks like you might have installed FSX-SE fresh on that PC but used a backup of the \Modules\ folder and pasted that into FSX folder.

Go to that folder, it's within the FSX-SE folder, and delete the FSUIPC4.dll file, after that run the FSUIPC installer again.

SPAD.neXT mit be the same reason but is an add-on you might have installed before and was maybe as well in \Modules\Β located, that's why it might show up.

SPAD.next is a driver and utility for controlling Saitek/logitech equipment (switch panels, radio panels, fib dsiplays, etc). If it is in the add-ons menu then you must have installed it!

If you don't need or use it, you can uninstall it. It has nothing to do with FSUIPC (although it can be used together with FSUIPC - I use both).
