yen eb Posted July 1, 2020 Report Posted July 1, 2020 I have assigned flaps increase and decrease incrementally to buttons on my Saitek yoke. Yet it does not function. At most I can get from flaps 0 to flaps 1. I have also assigned the trim and gear to buttons on the yoke and both work. I have attached my FSUIPC.ini file. Thoughts/help?
John Dowson Posted July 1, 2020 Report Posted July 1, 2020 No ini attached! Could you please add? Also, can you activate logging for Events (non-axis controls) and Buttons & Switches, and produce a short log file showing you activating the button(s) you assigned for your flaps incr/decr, and also attach that.
Thomas Richter Posted July 1, 2020 Report Posted July 1, 2020 Hi, in case you use an add-on AC those controls don't work. In case of A320 they have an auto retraction/extraction depending on blow out speed and as well for Flaps 1 = Slats + flaps 1(auto) with speed limit 210 I think. That means FSLabs have their own logic build in and so you will have to use their SDK controls or L:vars. Thomas
adrem Posted July 1, 2020 Report Posted July 1, 2020 FSLabs does map the default flaps incr/decr controls to moving the flaps handle, so they should work.
Thomas Richter Posted July 2, 2020 Report Posted July 2, 2020 Hi, so the keys to move the Flaps F7 increase and F6 decrease work correct to set all positions? Thomas
Thomas Richter Posted July 2, 2020 Report Posted July 2, 2020 @adrem, if you have the same problem please follow as well was John already suggested to see what is happening. Thomas
adrem Posted July 2, 2020 Report Posted July 2, 2020 I don't have the same problem, I was just pointing out that the default flaps controls work just fine with FSLabs.
John Dowson Posted July 2, 2020 Report Posted July 2, 2020 Thanks Adrem, thats what I thought. Just waiting for the ini and log files from @yen eb to see what his problem could be.
