FSUIPC AND CONFIGURATION

I bought Fsuipc and after installing I can not get the window to be able to configure a joystick
is this normal

If you cannot see the Assignments menu entry, then you are using an unregistered version of FSUIPC7. You can check your registration status from the Help menu.

This is usually due to not registering during the installation process. As well as entering your registration details (name, email and key), you have to click the Register button to generate your key file. When you do this, you should see a pop-up telling you if your registration was valid/accepted or not (and also a similar pop-up for the WideFS registration, if you are using that).

Do you remember seeing such a pop-up during installation? If not, re-run the installer, enter your registration details when required and click the Register button.

I have just reinstalled FSUIPC and I have been registered, however, here is what opens when I click on fsuipc
see both pictures is this normal

Of course! Just run the FSUIPC7.exe, instead of the link that is optionally created that allows you to start MSFS (with a splash screen) and then FSUIPC7 after a 2min delay.
The link is only for convenience, you don't have to install or use it.
You should really read the provided Installation and Registration FSUIPC manual.

j ai tout reinstallé comme sur le manuel, mais FSUIPC ouvre toujours MFS2020 et cela ne me convient pas et une fenetre noire  qui s appelle FSUIPC console log s est ouverte aussi comment faire pour supprimer tout cela, je ne comprends pas j achete un produit assez cher et cela ne fonctionne pas

I reinstalled everything as in the manual, but FSUIPC still opens MFS2020 and it does not suit me and a black window called FSUIPC console log s opened also how to remove all this, I do not understand I buy a product enough expensive and it does not work

Please read my previous post. If you run just FSUIPC7.exe, it will NOT run MSFS. The batch file and desktop link is provided for convenience. Do not use it if you do not want to start MSFS with FSUIPC7. If you installed the link on your desktop by mistake, just delete/remove it.

If thats the FSUIPC console window, then it has been opened. Go to the FSUIPC7 main window, and under the Log menu select Close Console.

I'm sorry but it doesn't work. I uploaded a zip file on simmarket called install fsuipc7, unzipped this file and launched the exe point which installed the file in c. then I launched the shortcut which is installed on the desktop and it is this last which opens MFS and a black window. It's been three times since I uninstall and I reinstall and it does not work I start to have enough if I do not succeed I will ask for the refund

That is ONLY installed on the desktop if you selected the option for it. As John says, if you don't want to use it just delete it!

FSUIPC7.EXE and your MSFS are two separate programs. You can run one or the other independently if you wish. MSFS will work without FSUIPC7, and FSUIPC7 can be run without MSFS to set things up or just look around its options if you so wish.

What exactly doesn't work for you? What have you used it for? It doesn't do anything by itself. If you wanted it to help with your controls you have to actually start assigning things in it.  It's a tool for you to use, but you need to actually do something, as with any tool.

There's ample good documentation supplied. I respectfully suggest you take a look and think about what you want to actually do with it before returning here. Then if you have any real problem explain exactly what it is and we can help.

I confirm that the problem comes from fsuipc and its installation, impossible to install correctly. the beta version worked very well and since I bought the paid version and reinstall the last version I cannot use it, fsuipc directly opens MFS 2020 and a black window also opens that I can no longer close, it is really painful

@benjack There is very little difference, between the last beta version and the released version. The only later change was the addition of creating an OPTIONAL  the link to start both MSFS with FSUIPC7. You do not have to install this, and you certainly don't have to use this.

However, I am just repeating myself. I have explained this several times now, as has Pete, but you are either not reading what we are saying or are failing to understand.
Please do the following:
  - re-read my posts above
  - read the provided Installation and Registration guide
  - read the provided README.txt file
  - delete the MSFS with FSUIPC7 desktop icon as this is obviously confusing you

I see no point in continuing this discussion any further until you have done the above.

From Page 4 of the Installation and Registration guide:

This contains an option, selected by default, to install a shortcut on your Desktop that will:
- First start MSFS, displaying a splash screen while MSFS is starting up
- after a delay of 2 minutes (120 seconds), to give time for MSFS to fire-up, FSUIPC7 will be started
Note that the delay can be changed by editing the file MSFSwithFSUIPC7.bat, located in your FSUIPC7
installation folder.
If you do not want to create such a link on your Desktop, uncheck the provided checkbox before clicking
Finish to end the installation process

I reinstalled fsuipc again and I unchecked the box as indicated in the previous post, I opened MFS but fsuipc did not open so I clicked on the application in the folder on C and I again had a window black
I do not understand it does not work as it should

What 'application' did you click on to start? Was it the FSUIPC7.exe? I don't think so, as if you started this you would see the FSUIPC7 splash screen. Do not use the MSFSwithFSUIPC7.bat file as this, as its name implies, will also start MSFS. In fact, if you download the latest installer (updated a few minutes ago) and re-install, this file will no longer be installed when you uncheck the checkbox to install the desktop link.
