Fsuip may Cause Crash on P3DV4 - Help

Hello,

this week i started to have some problems with P3DV4 crashes, even now when going to the scenery with any plane, it freezes and crash.
I started by eliminating some possible causes, not using vpilot, not using smartacars, not using fsuip, and managed to make several flights, until I re-installed FSUIP,
everything works without crashing without FSUIP installed, when installed it gives this error, anyone with any similar experience?
All system software and drivers are up to date.

Such crashes are usually caused by a corrupt or missing weather file, usually the wxstationlist.bin file. To check this, can you delete this file from your Prepar3D AppData\Roaming\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4 folder (if it is there) and check that it exists under your Prepar3D v4\Weather folder (don't delete that one!).
