Freccia Posted September 24, 2021 Report Posted September 24, 2021 Hi, I have to replace my current Logitech X56 hotas with another one sent under warranty because the old one had too many ghost inputs I use my hotas with both P3D (FSUIPC 6) and MSFS (FSUIPC 7), both registered. Can I just disconnect the old one and insert the new one or the 0.GUID and 1.GUID values change? Thanks.

Make sure that you are using the 'JoyLettters' facility before you do anything - see the User guide for details. Once you are using joyletters, when you connect your new device you just need to change the the letter GUID entry, so if your X56 is assigned the letter A (for example), change A.GUID={<oldGUID>} to A.GUID={<newGUID>} and you should be good-to-go. Yes, just change the following entries to the new GUIDs when you connect your new device: Quote A.GUID={8A3CD140-B1C4-11EB-800D-444553540000} B.GUID={8A3D6D80-B1C4-11EB-8015-444553540000} You can also remove these entries from your FSUIPC7.ini: Quote C=X56 H.O.T.A.S. Throttle C.GUID={8A3C3500-B1C4-11EB-8005-444553540000} John
