I used make runways along with MSFS2020 to get all my airports into pilot2atc. however, I just did a flight plan through little nav map where WAWI is my starting point and imported it into MSFS2020, with both LNM and MSFS2020 correctly placing the airport. however, when I imported the .pln into pilot2atc, WAWI was hundreds of miles west of its actual location. Near as I can figure, since WAWI wasn't originally in p2a without using make runways, something in the process of making runways put it in the wrong location?

Perhaps  you wanted Wawi airport, Pemba,:

Pemba Airport (IATA: PMA, ICAO: HTPE) is an airport in the Zanzibar Archipelago located on Pemba Island. It is also known as Karume Airport and Wawi Airport. It is located approximately 7 kilometres (4.3 mi) southeast of Chake-Chake, the capital of the island. The Zanzibar government is looking into the possibility of renaming the airport to Thabit Kombo Jecha in recognition of his role in the Zanzibar Revolution.[3]

That is listed for MSFS as:
