PropWash320 Transponder won’t sync

I’m very new to simming, about a month. I have MSFS2020, windows 11 and am looking for help with PWS320 Transponder. I installed FSUIPC7 FOR MSFS everything came up perfectly, including the Transponder. Next system reboot the Transponder didn’t sync with MSFS. 
Help!

Can you please provide more information. Just installing FSUIPC7 will not do anything - how have you configured it?
Where/how does your transponder get its input from?  Have you made any assignments to this device in FSUIPC7?
As a minimum, I need to see your FSUIPC7.log and FSUIPC7.ini files. But I suspect that you really need support from the device provider on how to configure/set this up.

Thanks John for your timely response. I will read the instructions that came with the software and configure appropriately. I’ll have to research to get the other info that you mentioned.

Hi John,

After much backtracking I finally figured out why the Transponder came alive on the initial installation of F7 - the Transponder window was up and running in the background but hidden. On the second system boot I didn't realize that it had to be running so I assumed there was an issue with installation,

I'm elated to say that your program and the Transponder are working flawlessly.
