can not regester fsuip7 and widefs

I have purchased both fsuipc7 and widefs, coppied and pasted both key numbers as instructed and I could not regester. PLEASE HELP

ALL THREE parts need to be exactly correct -- name, email and key, not just the key. And please read the documentation to make sure you are following the correct procedure.

I'm afraid if you still get no joy you may been to wait till next week as John is on holiday at present.

Buongiorno ho acquistato da Simmarket FSUIPC7, WIDEFS7 ho inserito correttamente nome e-mail e chiavi ma non riesco a registrare il prodotto se salto la registrazione e avvio l'icona MSFS ho un errore di MSVCP140. DLL e quindi VCRUNTIME140. DLL cosa posso fare grazie

 

Good morning I bought from Simmarket FSUIPC7 ,WIDEFS7 I entered correctly email name and keys but I can not register the product if I skip the registration and launch the MSFS icon I have an error of MSVCP140. DLL and then VCRUNTIME140. DLL what can I do thanks

Please see the README.txt file (included in the zip file you downloaded). Instructions on this issue are provided there - you need to install (or re-install) the latest combined VC++ redistributable package.
