Today I have bought FSUIPC7, but even if I copy paste all the required information directly from the simMarket I still get the registration detail not valid message. 

My simMarket order number is 2995958

Hi Jakub,

I think there may be issues due to the non-ascII letters in your name, and the password verification cannot understand unicode characters.
I will message you a key file to use shortly.

I'm actually having the same problem- trying different permutations of copy/pasting from simmarket, to manually typing in. FSUIPC doesn't like my registration details somehow. 

 

WIDEFS order on simmarket was 787824

FSUIPC7 order is 2525549

I have verified your details for your FSUIPC7 license and they validate just fine here. The WideFS order number doesn't exist, and I cannot see a WideFS order/purchase with your email (only FSUIPC6 and FSUIPC7 orders are associated to your email address).

There are only two reasons why your key won't validate:
   1. you are entering them incorrectly
   2. your VC++ redistributables are not installed or are out-of-date.

For 2., please see the provided Installing and Registering FSUIPC7 document, under Invalid Key Problems.

For the WideFS license, please verify the order number. You can also PM me your purchase email (please do not post your key details!).

Did you update your VC++ redistributables, as the documentation states? If not, please do that. If you have done that, please let me know your SimMarket order number and I will check them here (do not post your key details!).

Good evening, I am also having the same issue. I downloaded the re distributables as instructed and disabled antivirus.

Not sure what else to do, any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Did you download and install both the x86 and x64 combined (i.e. for 2015, 2017, 2019 & 2022) redistibutables?

Are you sure all 3 parts of the license (name, address & key) are exactly as specified in your purchase email/simmarket account?

Hi John, same issue here too, SIMMarket order 3643233 bought today.

I have the redistributables installed and I copy/paste the information but no luck, please advice

I have also checked the license in that order here and it validates just fine.

Are you sure that you installed the combined (2015, 2017, 2018 and 2022) redistibutables for both x64 and x86? Pleae double check that.

I have also pm'ed you your key file. Save this to your FSUIPC7 installation folder and try again - the key details will be populated from this file. Try and validate it.
If it doesn't validate, I can't think of anything else it could be other than the redistibutables or antivirus (please check that as well).

You should also be able to run FSUIPC7 with that key file without it being validated by the installer. So, even if validation fails, try running DSUIPC7 and see if its registered.

But what do you mean by this? Did it validate? If so, if it didn't validate when you entered the details, you entered them incorrectly.
I don't want to point blame or anything, I just would like to understand why so many people seem to be having validation issues....
If I can understand this, I can update the documentation accordingly - would save me a lot of time....!

Sorry have been out of town, yes I downloaded both 86 and 84 without luck.

I also copied and pasted the info from Simmarket.
