I Moved to a new pc and trying to use my GF MCPPRO on the default 787 in MSFS.  On my old pc, I would use the Goflight Interface Tool and the open GF's GFDevFSX in the Goflight setup'  But now, When I try to open GFDevFSX, I get the error message "This application failed to start because it's side-by-side configuration is incorrect".  I don't know what that means.  It's not open anywhere else.  Any ideas?

Thanks,

Gnacino

i do nor provide or support the GoFlight Interface Tool or GFDevFSX, whatever that is. Please contact the providers of these utilities if you want to use them.

I do support the GF driver for FSUIPC, available from http://fsuipc.com/, which I believe also supports the GF MCPPRO. You need the 64-bit drivers  for use with FSUIPC7 and MSFS2020.

Side-by-side is the windows WinSxS folder, used to hold shared libs and dlls - see https://www.thewindowsclub.com/winsxs-folder-windows-7-8.
