jfmitch
What does the "Restore SimC Windows" check box do in FSUIPC 6? Having a SimConnect issue with AIG and Prepar3D V6 and wondering. Thank you for any assistance Jim

Please see the provided documentation for such questions - in page 13 of the User guidel Quote Restore SimC Windows: FSUIPC reads the position and size of all three SimConnect window types (Text line, Message Window and Menu) and will save them in the FSUIPC6.INI file. However, this data is not used to restore those positions and sizes unless this option is enabled. Even then, it only does this in full screen more (trying to do it in Windowed mode creates odd and variable problems with those Windows). John Dowson
I have moved our post from the FAQ sub-forum, where it explicitly states NOT for support requests, to the main support forum. Please take care to post for support in the correct place. John
jfmitch
Sorry, I didn't think I was asking for support. I know better now. Jim

You certainly weren't providing an entry for the FAQ section....! The FAQ section is where you (but usually me!) can post answers to frequently asked questions and problems, not a place to ask questions., frequent or not!
