Heron
Good day, I had to reinstall the P3dv5.4 from scratch because it was running for a long time and full of old stuff. Now, after working for two days, things are starting to work. Then, I installed an addon which needs FSUIPC. So, I installed the version 6.2.0 and kept it unregistered as the addon used to work like that in the past, perfectly. But now, the same addon refuses to work. I checked the Control Panel and confirmed that FSUIPC 6.2.0 is installed. Question 1: How do I know that FSUIPC 6.2.0 is effectively running? Question 2: The P3D Addons Menu does not show any FSUIPC entry. Is that correct? What could went wrong in my installation? Thanks and regards, Heron Edited May 30 by Heron Sign the post

Heron
Hi John, I guess the problem was discovered. Reading the FSUIPC6 log, I noticed that it was installed in C:\Users\<name>\OneDrive\RecycleBin.65bc.ffs_tmp I know that there is an issue in Windows 10 and sometimes programs are installed in this RecycleBin folder, but I can't remember why. I uninstalled OneDrive (I don't use it in this machine). Moved the FSUIPC6 folder to the correct Prepar3d v5\Addons folder Now, FSUIPC6 is working normally. Thanks for your attention and regards, Heron

Very strange - never heard of that issue. Anyway, glad its now working. John
