FSUIPC not accepting axis assignments from PFC C2 Professional

I recently downloaded FSUIPC 7.5.4 and have not been able to get my PFC C2 Professional throttles and other controls accepted for assignment in FSUIPC. I have loaded PFChid64.dll V 5.143 into the FSUIPC folder on C:\FSUIPC7. My store version of MSFS2024 is located on my D drive in with a file C:\Xbox Games and my Community and Official folders listed separately at D:\MSFS. All worked well before I made the new install  of FSUIPC7.

Clearly I have done something wrong, but am not able to identify what that is.

Was this working in 7.5.3? I have attached it if you could try with this (just rename your current FSUIPC.exe) and download this to your FSUIPC7 installation folder): FSUIPC7.exe
