Everyone raves about this tool, but here is my experience for what its worth. I load up my aircraft , in this case it was the Black Square Analogue King Air. I prepare it for flight from cold and dark. When I'm ready to taxi, I start the V5 tool and press the red connect button followed by the record button. Nothing happens. No window opens up to name the file as it's supposed to. After a while it minimises ( the green connect button was there before )so why no window and why the delay after pressing the record button. Now, when its running in the background, it kills my frame rates which are usually around 60 fps. This drops to around 48 fps. The worst thing that happens though is that it completely kills the autopilot which is usually impeccable in this plane. That for me kills this tool stone dead in the water. I have to recover the plane and after all this faffing around the replay is pathetic. My plane will just sit on the ground at the ramp for the whole recording. I just can't believe people actually like and use it. I certainly won't be buying any future upgrades. I'll wait until someone makes a proper tool that actually does what its supposed to do. I'm not interested in formation flying and AI ghost planes I just want a simple recorder that works. So support where are you ?

I bought the upgrade to V5 and all it does is crash MSFS to the desktop when I try to play a recorded file. Or the plane crashes into the sea or terrain. I've got the most recent version installed and it 5.0.2309.22. I find it as much use as a chocolate teapot despite all the bold claims I've seen about this tool. I've set my options as per the manual and always run it in Admin mode too. For me its a complete waste of time. I'd rather spend my time flying than trying to figure out what's wrong. It worked for one session and since then just crashes the sim.

OK thank you for clearing the muddy waters. I think I have Wilco's latest version then. The support here is excellent though, so I can buy your products with confidence if I wish. Many thanks.

My apologies, I had thought that the two companies were as one provider. I bought the plane from Wilco Publishing and it was a FeelThere product, or so I thought . I see the same plane for sale in the FeelThere store, so I assumed this was the right place to come. A simple mistake. I did get an email today from Wilco saying they know there is a problem with their online activation and they are trying to fix it. Is the version for sale on here a newer release of the Classic 737 ? I might still be interested in purchasing that if so ?

Hi, after recently building a new PC for flightsim, I went to the Wilco Feelthere page which had my products listed. I was unable to download or install either product, because the online activation refused to connect to your server, It kept saying "try again later". I wrote out a support ticket at the website. The reply I got simply pointed me in the direction of your facebook page which didn't help matters at all. There is no support on there. I have legitimately bought the Super Guppy 737 PIC Evo yet am now unable to access the download or even install my old versions of the plane which used to work. Can you please help out.
