Wenn Du nichts geändert hast, dann hilft bei Deinem Problem auch kein Update.

Wenn nur die Standard Szenerie für Hamburg vewendet wird,
dann sind die Daten älter als 12 Jahre.

Hi ???,

The wind at the airport is static and measured by the NOAA weather stations on the ground.
The wind displayed in the compass is ambient and is updated by the simulator
and optionally depending on the weather machine used.

If you read the manual (available in 4 languages), you will find in Chapter 5 all the information
about flight planning and using the Flight plan panel.

Paragraph 5.5 informs about "flight plans from external sources".

[Focus shift from IvAp to FSC/ FSX avoidable? (answered)]

The downloaded file FSC975.zip contains a complete, new installation.
In this case, all previous updates are included.
Changes of all versions are documented.
Revisions are not documented.

Using this installation requires uninstalling the old version.
We strongly recommend creating a backup of the complete folder of the FlightSim Commander.
Regardless of this, it's absolutely necessary to save the following files externally.

\ register.fsc

\ fsccolor.ini
\ fsc.ini
\ User \ Blackbox
\ User \ Logbook.fsc
\ User \ aircraft.fsc
\ User \ BuddyIvao.fsc
\ User \ BuddyVatsim.fsc
\ Flightplan \ FSC
\ Database \ UserWP.txt
\ Database \ UserObj.txt

These files must be copied back to their original location before restarting your FlightSim Commander.

The theme is as old as Windows and FligfhtSim Commander.
Short answer: NO!
Workaround ... disable Move the map instead of the aircraft and ...
set a high value for Refresh the map (seconds) example 600 or 900 seconds.
The chances are getting smaller that the event Focus occurs

Regardless of the fact thats your screenshots are too small (even if I use a magnifying glass)
and does not explain anything about the different route...
... the FlightSim Commander is technically not able to control the PMDG 737 via autopilot.  . 

The reason for this is, that the PMDG has its own autopilot and is controlled by the entries in the FMC.

There must be significant differences betweenboth flight plan and/ or routes
of the FlightSim Commander and your programming of the FMS.

To investigate your problem I need 3 flight plans.
1. one original flight plan of the FlightSim Commander in FSC format and and one in the PMDG format.
2. and further the PMDG flight plan you programmed and saved in the FMC.

You can publish the flight plans within your next post or send them to my e-mail address.
