Can you help on this please? Can you help on this please? You are making an error, then The registration system doesn't change. You must enter your Name, Email and Key all EXACTLY as originally. Even if you get the Key correct, one mistake in your name or email address and it will not match. That is why you are advised to keep your original notification and /or a copy of the FSUIPC.KEY file. I have no records of keys here. See the "sticky" above about retrieving lost keys.
