Your previous FSUIPC3 key would still be okay. The FSUIPC4 registration is not compatible with FSUIPC3. SimMarket did offer a discount for those upgrading from FSUIPC3 to 4, not the other way around, and I doubt that the offer is still valid in any case. I think it was originally applied for the first 6 months of FSX, then extended due to the slow initial take-up of FSX. But FSX has been out now for over 4 years.
