got fsuipc4. will I get fsuipc3 free/discount ?

Hi,

I own both fsuipc4 and widefs.I recently reinstalled fs9 and therefore would need fsuipc3.98. Will my fsuipc4 license work with the the 3 version or do i have to purchase it separately ? If yes would I get a discount ?

Didn't you use FSUIPC or WideFS with FS9 before you uninstalled it? Your previous FSUIPC3 key would still be okay.

The FSUIPC4 registration is not compatible with FSUIPC3. SimMarket did offer a discount for those upgrading from FSUIPC3 to 4, not the other way around, and I doubt that the offer is still valid in any case. I think it was originally applied for the first 6 months of FSX, then extended due to the slow initial take-up of FSX. But FSX has been out now for over 4 years.

Back then I always used fsuipc free and I never had widefs.-
