FSXSE: Sim Crash from PHNL.

Recommended Posts

  • Hello, I was flying out of PHNL to KOAK with the PMDG 737-800 and FSDreamTeam PHNL scenery. I was also running vPilot and Acars for the VA that I fly for. About 20 minutes into the flight my FSX stopped working and the following message popped up. My FSUIPC version is 4.965 and it is an unregistered version. I tried to update my FSUIPC and then tested 2 more times with the PMDG 737-800 and one flight with the PMDG 747-400 II with the same results. My controller is a Saitek X-56 with a few buttons programmed thru FSX. Thanks for any help or suggestions.

The message is appearing BECAUSE your FS is crashing, so FSUIPC becomes unavailable. The message is really littleto do with any of my software, it is one of your addons complaining that FSUIPC is no longer running -- one running the .NET Client DLL by the look of it.

You need to find out why FS is crashing.

Thank you guys for the info. I have a screen shot from the Event Viewer that I do not understand. Here is a copy. Would either of you be able to let me know some info from it to start in the right direction? Thanks.

You'd really be better off over in the CTD forum on AVSIM. This one is for support of my programs -- FSUIPC and WideFS particularly.

But I can say that crashes in G3D.DLL are almost invariably due to corrupt scenery files. You need to check the scenery in action in the area you are flying at the time.
