FeelThere_AJ Posted December 18, 2017 Report Share Posted December 18, 2017 Hey Warhmaster, Every time we release a new airport they need to update their Real Traffic software (free, by re-downloading it from the same link they got with their purchase email) and needs to reinstall before applying Real Color. Thanks, AJ The issue I have with this is my download link for Real Traffic and subsequent real color downloads was only good for 15 days... I am sure there are other people there but both Seth & Barb have been brilliant helping me getting my download links live again. They set the customer service bar very high for others to follow! Been really busy and just got around to checking in. Might be easier on customer service and the community to set up a log in page (perhaps mirroring access ID's from these forums) and have customers input their invoice ID or something unique to our purchase and if it checks out the system can automatically let us go in and grab the latest files.
