After purchase there is no email to me - RESOLVED

just bought the new E-Jet 170 - 190 today. Via btm micro I'd payed via credit card. I got the download-window, where I was able to download the plane and the activation key. But I didn't get an Email where I can find my proof of purchase or another receipt. Maybe I will ask for support some day and I can't show that I'm a guilty customer or even there are some updates; how will I get them?
