latest release of FSUIPC7 for FS2020

Hi,
could You please inform me how to download the latest beta release of FSUIPC7 for FS2020 ?

I just downloaded the first release (august 2020) but in another section of this forum seems there are new updated beta's.

The "latest" release is always the only one available, and available from the same place. I suggest you follow the announcement page, where I comment when a new release is available (last release was 20 mins ago):

Ok, I suppose this but today after downloading FSUIPC7 zipped file I see always 7.0.0.0 Version in >> Properties >> Details tab for the exe file.

Yes, I'm not changing the version  number at the moment, just the build date. This should be in the properties, as well as logged in the first lines of the log file.

I downloaded FSUIPC7 from  http://fsuipc.simflight.com/beta/FSUIPC7.zip   when I unzipped and tried to execute the file I get this error " The code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140_1.dll was not found . Reinstalling the program may fix this problem" what do I need to do to fix it? Please help

as you found the download link that is included in the text that describes current functionality and issues, you would have found already the answer by looking at it.
