Hi,

I recently bought the registered ver.it worked fine, but i had to re install windows 10 and microsoft flight simulator. now when I try to enter the registration I get a message that the information is incorrect.

I do copy and paste.

I have uninstalled and re installed, I still get the message.

Help please

Robin.

Every part of the entry must be perfectly correct, not just the Key but also name and email, character for character. Making a mistake is the only possibly reason for the rejection of a correctly purchased registration.

Hi Robin.

in nearly all cases this is due to entering incorrect information in the provided fields. However, there was one report where the registration was valid but it could not be validated on the user's system. This tuned out to be due to a corrupt installation of the VC++ redistributables.

To check this, could you just try running FSUIPC (using the FSUIPC7.exe, not the link or .bat file that starts MSFS + FSUIPC) to see if it starts (unregistered).
If it does, we can try manually adding the fsuipc7.key file.
