Feelthere Embraer 195 engine not shutting down with fuel pumps off, thrust levers on idle and engine start selectors in the stop position

Dear Community,
I bought the Embraer 195 V3 one year ago on SimMarket, and I used it for a long time, but after I had to reinstall my sim, I downloaded my Embraer 195 V3 again, and wanted to fly it again, everything worked fine when I started flying it again. I landed safely, and at the gate I wanted to shutdown the engines, I selected the engine starters into the stop position, but for some reason nothing happens. The thrust levers are on idle and I have no idea why this happens. I never had that in the past. I noticed that when I put the plane into the engines running state it works when I try to shutdown the engine, but when I put it in Cold & Dark and startup the plane myself, it doesn't work. I already contacted the FeelThere Support, but they said I should write in the forum.

Confirm settings in P3D haven't been set to some unrealistic setting(s) that keep engines running in a videogame manner.

 

If thay doesn't help uninstall and reinstall the Ejets being sure to run the installer as administrator.

I installed everything as Administrator and disabled my AntiVirusSoftware, my P3D Settings are on 100 % realism, only crashes are out, this only happens when I setup the plane my self in Cold & Dark, in Engines running it works to turn the engine off. I never had that in the past.

I already tried to reinstall it, doesn't work. If I startup the plane from Cold & Dark on the ground myself, I'm able to turn off the engines after I started them, but after I took off, landed, and try to shut them down then, no response.

The fun fact is the support is not able to help me, and I never experienced that in the past, I saw before I take off and land, shutting down the engine works, but after the landing nothing happens, my thrust levers are on idle and the switches in the stop position, and even without the fuel pumps the engines don't stop. I tried it on the ground before I was taxing to the runway and there it worked to turn the engines off. But after a full take off and a full landing not. This is so strange.

P3D 4.5 HF3  E195 v3 SP2 - engines shutting down normally after a flight.  Engine Stop switches operate with or without pumps running.

Tried in flight and engine stop switches operate to shut down, providing AT off and throttle at idle.

HOWEVER - engine will not restart in the air under any circumstances. Throttle at Idle, I tried these options - Ign Overide/Auto, APU on/off, speeds from 160 to 240, gear up/down.

I didn't try to restart the engines in the air, I have to explain it, please also watch my video, When I do a normal flight and arrive at my parking position and want to shutdown the engines, nothing happens, the selectors are in the stop position but the engines are not spooling down. Then I did some tests, when I started up the plane and tried to shutdown the engines it worked, but after flying the engines won't spool down for some reason. Everytime after a full flight this happens, but when I do this without taking off and landing this work.

I understood your original post and video. As I said, I tried yesterday using each of the scenarios you described. In each case the engines shut down on the engine stop switches. Trying an engine shutdown in the air was for my own interest to confirm it still worked.

I just tried again - Cold and dark start, short flight, land, clean up. Then shut down engine 1, started APU and shut down engine 2.  Both engines shut down normally.

What controllers are you using?  I don't see any mouse cursor on the stop switches in the video, so have you programmed some buttons or switches.

Have you checked for any duplicated control assignments. You say the shutdown problem only occurs after a flight, so things to check first would be any assignments for things used specifically in flight, like spoiler, autobrake, landing gear and flaps etc.  The throttles look OK because if they were not at idle for shutdown, the Eicas would show a warning.

I do it with the mouse, I don't use buttons for shutting down the engines and other stuff. I recorded it with Bandicam, so my cursor is not shown, but yes it was with the cursor, there are no duplicate assignements. I use my Joystick for flying but that has nothing to do with startup and shutdown procedures.
