    Hi Pete,

    For token-named variables it does use panels.dll, just as a gauge would do (Esound started life as a gauge). PANELS.DLL will crash quite readily if token value requests are made of it when there's no aircraft loaded and ready

    As I was just in a very initial stage to try it out, I only tried two simple token variables.

    [Devices]

    1=Primary Sound Driver

    2=SB Audigy Audio [DF80]

    [sounds]

    1 = esound\letototte.wav

    2 = esound\done.wav

    [Polling]

    Var = 5

    [Triggers]

    1 = AUTOPILOT_ACTIVE = 1.0, 1, 1, LOOP

    2 = AIRSPEED <= 10, 1, 0

    I willl also try FSUIPC offset, as you say those are better.

    I just tried again with 9.1 and cannot get it to fail. At what point do you get a failure?

    Whenever I tried to change a trigger as token. Sometimes nothing happened, but when the first panels.dll error occured, it was giving it unless I disabled the trigger line.

    BTW isn't pmSounds able to cope with virtually everything now?

    Not quite (unfortunately). Two main things. It can not really loop sounds and the worse that it doesn't accept offset ranges. It accepts an offset but without values... What Enrico programs into it works well, with variable values, etc. but the user configurable part is too simple.

    Budapest Scenery update for FS 9.1

    Hi,

    A small patch is available for Budapest scenery to assure compatibility with the patched FS2004 (FS9.1) version.

    This small patch contains the most important changes that had to be done for the patched version to achieve full compatibility.

    Please go to http://web.axelero.hu/andkozma/budapest2003/default.htm

    and find the 'Updates' page, there you find the patch in zipped form.

    Please carefully follow the installation instructions, as some files need to be deleted manually!

  7. Multiple joysticks

    Hi Pete,

    Please don't mind my asking here and also my stupidity regarding the matter, but I just got stuck.

    I have two yokes and two pedals to use on the same machine and after reading through the docs of FSUIPC I was extremely happy to find the description of how to use multiple sticks and the like.

    I tried to do it just according to the docs, without any success and realized in the meantime that the example you gave is somehow outdated as FS2004 doesn't recognize the EGT related controls.

    I tried others according to the "List of FS2004 Controls.doc" but nothing seems to work.

    I guess I don't really understand how I should do the entire thing, I defined the "B" versions in fsuipc.ini, but nothing changes.

    What do I do wrong?

    - ugyanezekről az állásokról pushback-kel indulnak a gépek (összefügghetnek ezek a telepített PAI készlettel?).

    - végül: "eltévedt" a B2 gurulóút egyik jelzőtáblája, ott trónol a gurulóút közepe táján, nem messze a 31L pályát keresztező szakasztól.

    Én baltáztam el valamit? Segítség...!

    Szerintem a PAI-hoz gyün egy custom af file is, lehet, hogy abban van a gond, magam nem tudom, mert sosem használtam.

    Van ma már egy csomó más LHBP afcad file a neten, próbáld ki melyik a használható.

    A tábláról tudok, de képtelen vagyok kiirtani, mert nem találom a poziciót ahol definiálva van...

    Budaörs hiányzó textúra

    Van ötleted, hogy miért hiányozhat LHBS főépületről, és a nagy hangárokról a textúra? FS2002 alatt használom a BUD scenery-t, update fenn van. Minden tökkéletes (legalábbis mást eddig nem találtam), kivéve ezt. Meg tudod mondani esetleg az ide tartozó .bmp file-ok nevét?

    Nem emléxem pontosan a bmp-k elnevezésére, sorry.

    Azonban az biztos, hogy valamelyik update nincs fent neked rendesen, mert azok valamelyike (fene se emléxik melyik) tartalmazza az új LHBS épületeket.

  11. Auto-Tune-adf problem

    There's been no change to that (antique) facility for years.

    Yes, you are right I should explain it in more detail. Sorry.

    I do understand that FS allows setting the frequency in 0.5 kHz steps, and

    requires the exact frequency to be used. As my Simulated KR 87 ADF system sets the frequency in 1 kHz steps, the cure would be if AutoTuneADF=Yes would (as the manual says) scan automatically for a signal within 0.5 kHz from the selected frequency.

    But it seems to be having no effect and unfortunately the xxx.X digit always fluctuates +0.5 or -0.5 in FS (on the hardware display it is steady)regardless when and what frequency I tune, and there's no needle movement or reception on the adf.

    If someone uses FS on the monitor(s) of course the problem is non-existent, but it is related to those that use hardware that is not capable of tune adf in 0.5 kHz steps and it tunes the radios via FSUIPC.

    Hi Pete,

    It seems that AutoTuneADF doesn't work in FSUIPC. (Or I'm doing something wrong, but by now for weeks I couldn't find a solution).

    I am using the TRC Cessna panel as hardware and it is impossible to tune their ADF (which built with only whole-numbers) as whenever I tune it the fluctuation starts.

    I have set the AutoTuneADF line to 'yes' in the ini file, but nothing happens.

    Is it possible that the option doesn't work anymore?

    Budapest ME2001 - usable for FS2002 ??? PLEASE HELP...

    Can you give me some support for this very old version to bring them at an "actual status" ??? Maybe I have to use several patches - can you please tell me, WHAT on what SITE I can find them ????

    Sorry for the late answer...

    Unfortunately patches for the original version that worked fine with FS2000 is not available anymore. Even myself - the designer - lost those files in a HD crash and although they should be available somewhere, I just can't direct you to the right place. It sort of works with FS2002 but not too elegantly, so therefore I did a brand new version that iscompatible with 2002 and 2004. But that's a new one and als payware.

    meg olyan forró, hogy égeti az ember kezét.

    Nekem ez lesz a második ASUS karim, ami egy fél éven belül csütörtököt mond. :( Talán egy driver cserét érdemes megpróbálni, mert nekem kb akkor kezdte ezt, amikor feltettem az 53.03-t. De nem tartom valószínűnek, hogy ettől csinálja.

    Érdemes minden driver-t kipróbálni, de ha nem jó akkor persze vissza lehet adni, ha csak féléves. Nekem egy ASUS 9950-em van és úgy megy mint egy álom.

    Telepítési kérdések

    Telepítéssel kapcsolatos kérdésem van. Ezt az üzenetet kaptam a telepítés után: Installing LHBP Ferihegy, Budapest, Hungary

    The import file specified a destination file eurswafd.bgl

    that was not found in the AFD scenery folder.

    This facility file was not installed.

    Nem gond, ugyanis a 2004-hez nincs rájuk szükség.

    Csak a két updat-re, amit megtalálsz a forum elején közölt cimen.

    A jelenseg keletkezik meg pl. az eloter lámpaoszlopain, de a ferihegyi torony oldalán is. De eddig csak Ferihegyen lattam, a varosban nem és Tokolon sem. Sot, a regebbi gepen (Geforce 3, 1.5GHz P4) nem is jelentkezett.

    Hogy miert nem FS2004? A kerdes jogos. A valasz szomoru

    Akkor viszont mégis a videokártya lesz a gyanú tárgya. Háromszögekre bontja ugyanis, és itt tesz valamit rosszul. Igyekszem majd megnézni ha jövök, okosabbat ebben a pillanatban nem tudok.

    FS2004 nem probléma, ha segithetek szivesen teszem, nekem három jogtiszta van, szivesen adnék egyet, mármint ha ez megoldást jelent a bürokráciában...

    FS2002-t hasznalunk, FX5900-as (ASUS) videokartyat DirectX9.0-val és a legujabb (53.03) driver-rel. Szukséges valami más információ?

    Nagyon régen foglalkoztam a 2002-es változattal, úgyhogy nem könnyű a dolog. Ha jól emlékszem ez a dolog a stock FS library objekteknél jelentkezett, azoknál, amelyek hibásak a 2002-ben. A kis trolik Ferihegyen azok. Látod máshol is?

    Más: miért 2002? Miért nem 2004?

    Ha a mellekeles nem sikerult, akkor a http://rht.bme.hu/~balazs/dir/ezmi.jpg cimen tudod megnezni. Mellette van a bmeksk...avi file is, nezd meg, mire hasznaljuk a scenery-t!

    Ja, meg egy a feluletek nem maradnak allandoan. Hol megjelennek, hol eltunnek. Akkor is, vibrálnak, ha a gép egyhelyben áll.

    Megvallom nem láttam pontosan, ez FS2002 vagy 2004?

    Ez a valami nagyon úgy tűnik, hogy video-kártya probléma, kaphatnék némi adatot mit használtok?

    Amúgy nagyon tetszett a sim, hallottam már róla, jó lenne egyszer megnézni, látom, hogy ProjectMagenta műszereket használtok...

    kód probléma

    Sziasztok! Megkaptam ajándékba nemrég a scenery 2004es változatát, de nem jó a cd kód. Egy ismerőstől kaptam azt mondta valami lago oldalról vette meg és ezt a kódot adták hozzá amivel telepíteni kéne: 06415-01454-52547-00129

    de nekem nem működik. Sajnos azóta nem tudok vele beszélni és nincs állandó net kapcsolatom. Nem tud valaki egy másik kódot mondani vagy hogy mi lehet a baj?

    Fogalmam sincs milyen algoritmussal generálják a kódot, úgyhogy velük kellene kapcsolatba lépni. Mármint a Lago-val.

    Nekem a TTools nem tudja a FlightPlan-eket bearakni, mert egy Z12D-t keres, ami nincs benne Airports.txt-ben. Mi ez a Z12D, mert sehol nem találom, és valóban nincs benn a repterek között, de a FlightPlan-ek többségénél felbukkan?

    Mit bénázok el vajon?

    Megvallom nem emléxem pontosan mi a Z12D, mert ezt még az Fs2002-höz generáltam.

    Mivel sokat nem számit azt javallom, hogy vegyél ki minden olyan sort a flightplan-ből amiben szerepel ez a reptér.
