    What are your computer specs? CPU? GPU? Are you running just Tower or have there other programs running?

    Are you running the game as administrator?

    You need to share Tower's game log. Search forum on where to find this file and ATTACH to a post DO NOT CUT&PASTE INTO A POST (a cut&paste will be deleted).

    Please also describe how a crash can be duplicated. What airport? A specific command to a specific plane?

    If you purchase directly from feelThere contact BMTmicro (the company that sent the email confirmation and download link) -

    If you were calling a different number then you have either the distributor feelThere no longer uses or didn't buy from feelThere.

    If you are absolutely sure the purchase was from feelThere and BMTmicro was the distribution network for the download (it is unlikely they would have made it difficult to immediately get a new download link) contact feelThere using the web form at 

    feelthere.zendesk.com

    No.  A vendor may have renamed the file.  You need to contact PCA.

  6. Have you tried copying the activation code, [CTRL] [C], then opened the installer and the code should automatically populate the fields.

    Have you confirmed you are using the activation code and not the order confirmation number? Check your email spam folder.

    You need to make sure that the airport, RC and RT installers were directed to your root Tower install and you tab them as administrator.  If you didn't 'tell' the installer to go to a Steam install it defaulted to a stand alone install path and put the files in the incorrect location.  If not in admin mode it is possible Windows will keep the files from installing 'for your protection'.

  8. Any possible updates will be a new airport for the upcoming version of Tower. (Release date will not be shared as feelThere has never guessed at a release date for any product.  For updates sign up for the newsletter at feelThere.com.)

     

    As I explained before, https://forum.simflight.com/topic/94285-how-to-update-lax/ , you can create a custom schedule if you want different airlines and aircraft types; search forum for 'Schedule Creator' or for threads on how to build a schedule.

  9. If you have the latest release of real traffic (use the download link used before) and don't like the schedule you can edit the schedule (backup before editing) or create a new schedule using the Schedule Creator.  Search forum for how to edit and how to access the Schedule Creator www-site.
