    You are asking questions in a topic about where one can collect, how to download, the update.  Your question isn't about collecting/downloading an update.  Create a new topic.

  3. How to Download and Install a Steam game:

    If Steam isn't already running then Run the Steam Client on your computer.

    Log into Steam if you aren't already logged in.

    Choose 'Library' to see your list of games.

    Choose the game you wish to install and click on it.

    Choose 'Install' to install the game.

    SYSTEM LANGUAGE SET TO ENGLISH(US)

    Please confirm you have also done all the items outlined to do starting with -

    CORTANA IS WORKING AND YOU CAN TALK TO IT

    Continue through the list through -

    TOWERSPEAKBRIDGE.EXE IS LAUNCHED IN ADMIN MODE

     

    Then follow the USB suggestion if not working.
