You are lucky that the game works as integrated GPUs are notorious for not being able to support Tower.

Run the installers as administrator. Use the provided unlock key. Be sure the installer is directed to the Tower root folder.

Real Traffic is for both 'standard' and 'pro'.
Be sure to run installers as administrator and confirm the install path to your root Tower folder.

Check that you don't have multiple yoke/throttle switches/levers/buttons programmed to do the same function or to turn off the engines. Check the configuration utility (run as admin) and the game's assignments.

You need to share Tower's game log. Search forum on where to find this file and ATTACH to a post DO NOT CUT&PASTE INTO A POST (a cut&paste will be deleted).
A Win crash log isn't that helpfull.
Please also describe how a crash can be duplicated. What airport? A specific command to a specific plane? What are your computer specs? CPU? GPU? Are you running just Tower or have there other programs running?
