Hallo Ruedi,
den FSX interessiert es in den meißten Fällen nicht was beim Start mit SID bzw. beim Approach mit STAR und/oder Tansition passieren soll.
Da hat das ATC im FSX seine eigene Philosophie. Auf Strecke benimmt sich ATC des öfteren wohlwollend.

Darauf hat der FlightSim Commander leider keinen Einfluss.

You're right. DataBase Manager can not read this type of runway.

Select Run as Administrator

Yes I did -> This is especially true for fsc.ini, fsccolor.ini and Register.fsc .

As you know, the FlightSim Commander is compatible with the following flight simulators: FS9 (FS2004), FSX, Prepar3D V3, Prepar3D V4.
This means, that all changes for all versions are included in the update.
Not all necessary changes or optimizations that are conceptually relevant to us will be published in detail.
If you were not upgrading to version 9.7, this would be logically wrong.

The current documentation is always part of the installation or update.
It's also available for download here:
http://www.fscommander.com/download.htm
It's always a good idea to create a backup of the current version.
This is especially true for fsc.ini, fsccolor.ini and Register.fsc .

It is not sufficient just to install the FSCommander as an admin.
As you can read in the document, this also applies to the P3D V4 simulator and especially to the FSUIPC5.
All programs communicating with each other must be able to connect at the same administrative level
It's also very important that you use the current FSUIPC version 5.113.
