Hi, Tim. This is for FS9. I have no idea if it will work in FSX.

Thanks! It is located not too far from CXC (Chitina).

I have started to mess around with the sim again after about a year off. I have a scenery in the works and should have her ready to go shortly. I will post more about it after it is tested. It will be available at my site as FREEWARE, as all my other work has been. Tight bush is back!

Looks nice! :)

Thanks, Joe. I see what you are saying about same-name, but different textures. That could create problems. Let me try to put these in some sort of order as you suggest, and add them in as seperate packages. Thanks!

Hi all! I have jumped into this Tongass / Misty / Glacier Bay with both feet. Infact, I relocated my VA there because of the scenery. This is TRULY the ULTIMATE in Alaskan scenery. I do have one question. I downloaded about a million EZ files for some of the add on sceneries available for the area. I read some of the readmes, and they indicate that they can go into one folder. I also read some others that indicate they should be added as a seperate scenery item. That sounds unusual to me. Should I go ahead and dump ALL the files into one BIG scenery folder so it only has one scenery entry?
My thanks once again to Holger et al for all their work on these FANTASTIC sceneries, and also to the add on authors for doing a fine job keeping their sceneries in the same pattern and style as Holger's. I went to fly for a fifteen-minute flight the other night and after two hours I landed. It is addicting!
Thanks for any info you can give to me.
Prost!

Some of us have reached the age where we wonder what to wear to the beach.....
I know a certain Dutchman who wears a hat very similar to that one, but his name fails me at the moment!

Have a GREAT time, my friend. If anyone deserves to, it is certainly you and Nina! Especially poor Nina! (do not allow her to swim in Florida with another bicycle!)
Tschus!

I like that, Chris. How did you get "BAVARIA" to come out with the letters and Bavarian colors as fill? Gut gemacht!
Don

Man! That has to be the mother of all rocks! I guess they had to blow it up to get it moved. Imagine what that puppy weighs. Pretty close tie with my mother-in-law! Guess they'll have to make the sign a bit bigger now! They are SERIOUS about rock slides!!

If it's Canadian dollars, it would not be a bad price.
But compared to similarly sized aircraft it is expensive in US dollars, unless they quite severely change the aircraft to make it a lot more than it was (more quiet, more luxury and equipment, etc.) and thus heavier...
But of course it is a niche aircraft, making a higher price possible as there's hardly any competition (else those old Twotters wouldn't likely be flying today).
Closest is probably the PC12 which is smaller and less ground clearance (plus being single engined is illegal for airline operations in many countries).
Even in U.S. dollars it's a good deal. Look at the price of USED Beech King Airs. They seat less than half that (19), and a 25-30 year old one costs right at a million.

Not a bad price either. $3.2 mil for a 19 seat commercial ride.
