Those tundras just don't get it for me. Man that is strange.

That does look nice. Hmmmm.....YOU GUYS!!!!! The model will now be delayed! LOL! Let me see what we can do about some skis and floats for ya! :D
Don

It also looks as though it starts from the ground and ends back on the ground.
Don

LOL! I came in on one on my multi ride too! LOL! Damned thing wouldn't start again. Started fine on the ground! :)

Yep....I found some too. They use them for trainers. Let me see. That's a whole part to learn. (movement of skis) I'm still a rookie!!

Hmmmm.....I did some hunting. I found most of these planes had a 160HP engine installed as part of the conversion. It may be a bit more of a performer than what I thought. It says they are tail heavy, which this one is right now. Cool! We'll see now. I like the idea of skis.

You guys with the mountains and snow!!! Ever see a 150 on skis?
-
No buddy...it will be as you see it. A 150 on floats is a dog, and it really doesn't have the STOL characteristics and the power to make a good bush plane from it. Francois is right. They won't fit into the wheelpants! LOL! Hey Francois.....how about if we left some air out? :?:
Don

Thanks buddy! Yeah....I got the bug. AHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!! I am working on a 150 taildragger conversion next. I'll be posting shots here, as well as on my forums. This is better than scenery design, IMHO!

Almost finished with her. Won't be MUCH longer.

Thanks guys. It was made with FSDS2, and should be available soon. I have it "in the shop" getting a cfg/af tuneup. As soon as she is towed out, she'll be available. :D
Don
Out of FS? Yeah...how many times now and for how long each time? LMAO!

Here is a screenshot of the Twin Comanche I have been working on. This is my first plane. :D

I found this one: It is a 150, but flys pretty nice. (as nice as a 150 can!) The only thing I am not crazy about is the panel. I think it has some tuning potential though.

Don't worry Francois! I'll go find out who that was that posted as GUEST. :? It was probably Frank!

Francois! Your definition of GA is way different than mine is! A Dash 7, DC-3, Huey, and a Spitfire? Maybe the DC-3 and the Spitfire! :D
But you did pick a great selection of goodies! :D

I see the poll for the favorite PAYWARE GA aircraft, but how about a list of everyones FREEWARE favorite(s). I'll kick it off with :
Milton's FANTASTIC Aero Commander series

She's looking SWEET, Milton!!!! They can haul a load too. Good freighter.

Great idea buddy! I've been sick for the past week, and haven't really been on. I like the catagories, and I like Doc's idea about the realworld manufacturer links too. All sounds like a winner to me!!

Aaaaarrghhghh... small head but an enormous URL !!!!
You KNOW I have a comment....but I'd rather not be banned! LOL!

Hey Parse....I'm waiting to see the hat offered in the site store! LOL! Autographed hats are extra!
Don

Nice hat Doc! Seems like I've seen it before, but I just can't place it! I wonder........
Don

Lots of good names in this group!!! Looking forward to seeing this in action!
Don :D

In my opinion, Milton's aircraft far exceed the quality of ANY payware on the market right now. Both in looks and realism of flight handling, these Commanders are number one. I have several hundred hours in real Commanders, and can attest to the handling characteristics. Perfecto! :D
