bbaten Posted January 13, 2016 Report Share Posted January 13, 2016 I have been DL alot of scenary and payware aircraft on my fs9.1 and I now have installed ActiveSkyE so I can use the WX gauge in the aircraft. So I also DL the new version of FSUIPC v.3.999z8 and have now payed for and registered it. So I opened FS9.1 and choose my iFly 737 aircraft and the gauge window says I need to install FSUIPC 3.72 or higher or your FSUIPC key is illegal. An my PMDG 737 aircraft has problem with the gauges as well. My module info from the pull down menu is all good. I appreciate youe help and time. Thx !!!! After running FS and closing it down, find the FSUIPC.LOG file in the FS Modules folder and show me it. You can paste it complete into a message here. I asked for the Order number, not your own secret key. If thet's now been distributed all over the place I will have to make it null and void! NEVER publish keys to any software anywhere in public. I see that it was purchased this month, in 2016. I'm wonering if the current version of FSUIPC3 actually expired at the end of 2015. I'm checking and will let you know. [LATER] Yes! Looks like I never expected FSUIPC3 to still be purchased a full 12 years after it was first released! Amazing! I'm building an update with the expiry year moved to 2025 ... should be enough, I hope? Thx It was there within 20 minutes or so of the separate one! Didn't you see it? If you've previously installed 3.999z8 or z9 then you have everything in any case. And I'm pretty sure 3.999 ... IS higher than 3.72! So, maybe your key is illegal? Your log certainly shows you don't have FSUIPC registered, if that matters to your addon. jannier Posted August 7, 2017 Report Share Posted August 7, 2017 Hi, As Thomas correctly indicated he must install the latest version 3.999z9b, because 3.999z8 expired at end of 2015 and in January 2016 you extended it to 2025 with 3.999z9b. The iFly aircraft works with registered or un-registered version of FSUIPC but the iFly aircraft checks for a legal copy of fsuipc if a registered version is being used and since he is using 3.999z8 that expired end of 2015 it thinks the key is invalid/illegal. So just a install of 3.999z9b http://fsuipc.simflight.com/beta/Install_FSUIPC3999z9b.zip should fix his problem. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
