Sunrise Where?

I don't know if this just something screwy with my computer or if anyone else is experiencing it. In my version of the Tower 3D world, the sun rises in the northwest. Here is a screenshot from KJFK just before 0700 hours. The sun is rising over the buildings of New York City northwest of the airport.

75 views but 0 replies, nobody else notices.  But I have played all 24 hours, several times, at all the airports except KJFK and the planet in this parallel universe spins in a North to South direction.

Yes, I have noticed this too, though not specifically at KJFK.  I have also noticed that during heavy thunderstorms in the middle of the day, the sun is usually shining brightly if you look straight up.  It is weird, but I have not really made a big deal of it, as I did not want to draw attention away form more pressing issues that directly affect gameplay.
