Jaacques Beaudoin Posted August 31, 2017 Report Posted August 31, 2017 Hello, I have look in the installation package but i did not find any INI file there. I think is important to have it like i read in your manuel. What can i do to have it?My FSUIPC4 is running ok. I have install the last version of it.
Scotfleiger Posted August 31, 2017 Report Posted August 31, 2017 The fsuipc4.log.ini file is created automatically the first time you run the Flt Sim with FSUIPC. If things go wrong, the usual recommendation is to delete the ini file and let it be recreated.
Gypsy Baron Posted August 31, 2017 Report Posted August 31, 2017 If you have your system set to hide 'system files' you may not be seeing the INI file. If your FSUIPC is working then there certainly is an INI file in the Modules folder. Go to your 'Control Panel', 'Folder Options', 'View' and check the settings under that tab. Paul
Thomas Richter Posted August 31, 2017 Report Posted August 31, 2017 Hi, when you did run the FSUIPC installer it created a FSUIPC4 Install.log (its a text file) in ..\Modules\ folder and as well in that folder where you did run the installer from. When you open that file with i.e. Notepad you will find in there the information where FSUIPC was installed, it looks like this and you can search for 'INSTALLATION FOR' to find that part Quote INSTALLATION FOR Prepar3D v3: SetupPath="F:\FS\Prepar3D v3\" Checking version of the Prepar3D v3 EXE: ... Version 3.4.22.19868 (Need at least 1.0.677.0) Checking compatibility with installed SimConnect: Checking if there's already a version of FSUIPC4 installed in: F:\FS\Prepar3D v3\Modules\FSUIPC4.DLL Thomas
