Impossible to buy a FSUIPC to simMarket

Apparently one of the servers which sees to key generation is down at present. They are working on it, but it may not be running again till Monday. Sorry.

In all these years (since FSUIPC3 was released in 2003) I've not known this to happen!

I bought few months ago a licence for FSUIPC4.

Now I had changed to a new PC and I have no more the registration Key, lost in the crash of precedent hard disk: no prob, i want to buy another one, but at SIMMARKET it's impossible to log in. Every time iI type the pwd, I'm stopped. I tried to reset it, but the system tells me the e-mail already exists. I tried to make a new account, but the system tells me I already exist.

Should I give Up?

no need to re-purchase - you should be able to retrieve your existing registration from SimMarket.

If you are having problems with your SimMarket account, you need to contact them - we have no control over SimMarket accounts.
