Marinaaa1923
game.logI have attached the game.log. I recently reinstalled it, but it will not work for my computer. Do you have any ideas? I tried restarting, reinstalling my graphics drivers, and reinstalling the game itself. Thanks in advance for the help! scoobflight
The crash is as the game tries to engage the video card, 'Gfx device ... .' Another issue is that a recent Microsoft system update seems to have created a conflict on some systems. Try turning off your WiFi (not your router, the computer's card). Marinaaa1923
That worked. I turned off my WiFi and the game booted up. Not the ideal solution, but now I can actually play. I will keep looking into it, but I really appreciate your help! I hope you have a wonderful day.

FeelThere_Vic
It is very unlikely it has anything to do with the server change, but please help us by telling us if it's Steam, non Steam, Pro or non pro. Also we need the logs in order to look into this. Thank you Vic

We are investigating it.
FeelThere Ariel
Thank you @EliGrim. We are actively asking (through mail support as well) and our devs are looking into it.
FeelThere_Vic
Dear Folks, So we have a single report with a single log file that shows a crash when the video driver is loaded. To keep this topic clean all posts without logs and report of the game's version (Pro, non Pro, Steam) will be deleted. We are looking at this issue, but without logs we can't. Thank you Vic
