nantelp Posted November 10, 2021 Report Posted November 10, 2021 Hi, I am in the process of upgrading my very old PFC console (serial). I am looking at buying the Throttle Quadrant Console (USB) from PFC so I can leverage my 6 Throttles I already own. I would like to make sure that FSUIPC6 & 7 and PFChid64.DLL for P3D4, P3D5 and MSFS (FS2020) is compatible with this unit. see attach file. throttle_quadrant_console_brochure_ii_1.pdf Thank you Pierre Nantel
John Dowson Posted November 10, 2021 Report Posted November 10, 2021 I'm sorry, but I cannot advise on the compatibility of such a devices. However, it should work, but you may want PFC (or other such device users) to confirm. I can confirm that the PFChid64.DLL is compatible with both FSUIPC6 and FSUIPC7. John

If it is a proper USB Hid device then it is likely that it is also a Joystick type device, which would mean that it would be plug-compatible with FS as it is, with no need for one of my PFC drivers. The fact that it boasts "compatible with X-Plane and FSX" would seem to point that way. But, as John says, you should be asking PFC -- after all you are buying it from them. I've not seen any new equipment from PFC for many years. Pete
nantelp Posted November 11, 2021 Author Report Posted November 11, 2021 Thank you both, I have contacted PFC and they say that I need your driver to get it to work in MSFS2020 and P3D. It's actually a good news for me, I will not have to learn a new configuration method and I like the combination of the DLL and FSUIPC, I use the profile option extensively . Pierre
