  1. But thats an lvar macro, not a mouse macro. Ok. But if using lvars you need to consult the documentation for the aircraft on how the lvars work. I don't know that aircraft, but, for example, the PMDG SDK uses parameter codes (to controls) to emulate different mouse button clicks. Maybe its as simple as using the Set action (instead of Toggle), with an appropriate parameter? Or maybe Inc/Dec controls? You could try logging the lvar values with the switch in different positions, to see how that lvar changes. John
  2. No. You install FSUIPC on the main PC only, and WideClient on the client PCs. You do not need WideFS on the main PC. The WideServer component is built into FSUIPC7. Have you confirmed that they are both in the same Windows Workgroup? You mean the WideClient.exe, no? Why don't you attach those files (not renamed or changed!) so I can take a look? And make sure you are using WideFS7. There shouldn't even be a WideFS.exe in the WideFS7 download! Yes, still applies. Did you try setting the ServerIPAddr to se if that helps? John P.S. Also check that your WideFS is registered and WideServer is enabled in FSUIPC7, and you should also have a WideServer.log file in your FSUIPC7 installation folder that you should also attach if you still can't connect.
  3. When did you download, and which version? Did you install with the 'auto-start' option? Maybe download again (installer was updated yesterday) and re-install (no need to uninstall first) and try again. FSUIPC7 should be auto-started with MSFS (if you select that option, which is selected by default). If after re-installing (AND reading the README.txt and Installation and Registration guide) you still have problems, please post again and attach the relevant files - your installation log and your FSUIPC7.log file (if there is one). John
  4. Create with a left click initially, then edit the macro file and change the left mouse-click code 3 to a right mouse click code 1. The mouse click codes are defined in the Advanced User Guide, in the Mouse Macros section: John
  5. New releases are always available from either www.fsuipc.com or from the Updated Modules page here: We don't usually notify when we update a product, but if you follow that 'Updated Modules' page, you will get notified when that page is updated (which we do when we update a product). However, the update could be for another product, not necessarily FSUIPC7. I'm currently releasing a new version of FSUIPC7 every 3-4 weeks, so you can just check now and again if you prefer. I'll also think about adding a way in FSUIPC7 itself to notify the user when an update is ready. John
  6. @Karl B Did you read this post? Did you read the documentation? Did you check that your PCs are in the same workgroup? Did you try explicitly setting the IP addresses? You have also provided no real information - we need to see your logs (WideClient and WideServer) and your ini files. However, I strongly suggest that you first read the documentation, check your windows Workgroups are the same, make sure there is no firewall acting in-between the PCs (and if so, either disable or add exceptions). If thats all ok, try specifying the ServerIPAddr in the WideClinet.ini.
  7. @Robarith I have just update the installer and made the auto-start of FSUIPC7 a configurable option if you would like to download and try it. John
  8. The latest official release is always available from www.fsuipc.com, and also from Interim releases are published to forum topics for testing by the person who reported an issue or requested a new feature. You can also download and try these if you like, or wait for the official release that usually follows within a few days or weeks.
  9. Usually if its a region specific crash then its weather related. But you are saying that P3D doesn't exit properly, not that its crashing, which is very strange. I don't know what can cause this, but was just wondering what else is still running in this situation - is FSUIPC still running, and what about any other programs that are either started by FSUIPC or by your FS?
  10. I don't know the Working Title CJ4, but it should be possible to configure your throttles with the movements and any sync positions that you would like. Please see the User Guide, sections THE EASY STEP-by-STEP WAY TO CALIBRATE YOUR CONTROLS and CALIBRATING MULTIPLE THROTTLE, PROP & MIXTURE AXES TO "LINE UP". If you are unsure and do not yet have a license for FSUIPC7 to test this, I can provide you with a time-limited one to test. Let me know. John
  11. You can use the IgnoreThese ini parameter to ignore the physical button presses rather than the virtual ones. See the Advanced User Manual for details. But why are you using this lua with the RP48? I have two of these devices and they work just fine using the GFDev64.dll and direct assignments. Each rotary has two buttons in each direction, one for a slow movement and one for a fast movement. You can just assign your small incr/decr to the slow movement buttons, and a larger inc/decr to the fast movement ones.
  12. Previous versions of FSUIPC have always started automatically with the FS. However, I can make this optional for FSUIPC7 in a future release.
  13. Can you please give your posts an appropriate title (I will update it this time). This has also been asked several times already if you check the forums, and the error is also explained in the README.txt. You need to uninstall the 2015, 2017 and 2019 VC++ Redistributables (any you have installed, from the Windows App management panel), and then re-install the x86 and x64 combined redistributables from https://support.microsoft.com/en-in/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads
  14. I'm sorry you feel that way. People make mistakes. Whatever text I put up, people will still make mistakes. I do what I can to prevent this. There is no "nasty practice".
  15. No problem, thanks for reporting back. Maybe. But if you are using FSUIPCs blending facilities, it could be due to the RudderBlendLowest parameter having the default value of 1 knot, so for speeds below this the rudder only is used (for rudder operation checks). You could maybe try adding this and setting to 0. See the Advanced User guide for details. John
  16. I'm sorry, but this is not possible. We do not perform on-line license validation and so once a key has been purchased/issued it cannot be cancelled. The SimMarket pages state quite clearly that MSFS PC version (not xbox) is required for FSUIPC7, and FSX (or P3D1.4-3) for FSUIPC4. And you should have also downloaded and tried the free version before purchase. So I'm sorry you have purchased the wrong version, but you will have a license for the future if/when you decide to update to MSFS. You are about the third person to do this now. I think its pretty obvious which version this is for, but I will update the sales page to explicitly state that it is not valid for FSX/FSX-SE. John
  17. Just install the new one. If you have a previous version already installed, it will be detected and you will be prompted to uninstall the old version when you update. John
  18. And here are the additional Utilities that are optionally installed: Utils.zip Just unzip and copy the entire Utils folder to your FSUIPC7 installation folder. Suggest you just create an FSUIPC7 folder somewhere for your installation (preferably outside of windows protected folders, such as Programs, and also outside if the MSFS folders).
  19. Documentation for FSUIPC7 is available here: FSUIPC7_Documentation John
  20. Btw, do you know what the error message says in your first image (below the 'dejo de funcionar' pop-up)? That may help. And, as I said, please let me know your purchase order number.
  21. You should really contact SimMarket who are responsible for sales and key generation and delivery. However, there may be a problem generating your license as the license generator does not support unicode (or unicode character sets), so you will need to provide your license details (name, email address) in a western/latin character set. If you have an order number, let me know what it is and I will check it here and can also generate a new license for you. If you don't have an order number, please contact SimMarket directly. John
  22. No, I have no idea. I have heard/read of others using MSFS for scenery only but I don't know the details. Maybe try asking on the MSFS / Asobo forums.
  23. Ok, thanks. But I have no idea why the installer is crashing for you - I will look into it. However, this may take a while so for the time being you can just install manually (i.e. just use that FSUIPC7.exe). If you let me know your FSUIPC7 order number, I will PM you a key file for you to use the licensed features. I'll also let you know where you can get the documentation - its missing from the documentation downloads section at the moment, so I'll add it there.
  24. You should uninstall all 2015, 2017 and 2019 versions (any installed), and then install the combined versions (both x86 and x64) from here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-in/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads However, as I said, FSUIPC7 is for MSFS only.
